Publicity of the Shortlist for Sculpture Exhibition

In December 2, 2017, with the approval of the Fuqing Municipal People's government, " China – Fuqing 1st International Sculpture Exhibition " was officially launched. By April 15, 2018, the Organizing Committee of the China – Fuqing 1st International Sculpture Exhibition received 2717 works from 970 artists from 61 countries and regions (including Hong Kong and Taiwan) in the world. In May 12, 2018, the selection of works was held in Fuqing gymnasium. Not only adhering to the principle of "objectiveness, fairness and justice and open", but also based on the artistry, regionalism and diversity, the Committee of the China – Fuqing 1st International Sculpture Exhibition, has been carefully reviewed the sculpture works, held discussions, and voted unnamed by secret ballot, under the supervision of the Fuqing municipal notary office. Eventually, selected 95 works from 2717 collection works (Group) (5 invited authors' works are not within the scope of this public notice).

Now, we publicize the 95 sculptures on the shortlist for China – Fuqing 1st International Sculpture Exhibition (Please refer to the attached list). The publicity time is from May 16, 2018 to May 22, 2018. During the publicity time, if you find any sculpture on the shortlist infringe upon the intellectual property rights as well as/or other legitimate rights and interests of anyone else through copying or plagiarizing, please submit your disagreement to the email box of the Organizing Committee: fqgjdsz@163.com. (The original pictures and picture-related information of any sculpture on the shortlist involved in copying or plagiarizing should be attached to your disagreement.) If the circumstances are serious, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to pursue its legal responsibilities.
